One of the worst Banking Apps around: if switching to a new mobile phone (frequent use case) then, the time of the customer is wasted to fill out a long form on the new phone and at the end, they let you know that an account already exists on the old phone - plus no indication of what to do next. It takes a lot of courage to develop such an App.

Probably the most unreliable banking app I've ever used. Some of the transactions doesn't show up in the app until like 3 days later. Got logged out of my own account automatically multiple times. Disabled my biometric login without prior notice. The authentication thingy is really buggy. I went personally to the Filiale to get a fix for this app only to get turned down even before I told them my problems. I would give 1 star for customer service too. Never recommending this bank to anyone

very slow, an app that was supposedly been remade recently for new banking. wero would be unusable because it would take 30 -40 seconds to open the app. complete garbage of an app. revolut is free and has 10x the performance. Pathetic.
