With the new "Stadtwerke Haltern 2go" app, Stadtwerke Haltern offers another digital way to easily and conveniently manage all your energy consumption data.

After registration, you have access to a wide range of functions:

• Meter reading: You can view your last reported meter reading at any time or report a new meter reading via scan, voice input, or manual entry.
• Contracts: Keep track of your contracts – clearly arranged and listed separately for each consumption point.
• Contract change: Switch to a different contract or tariff with just a few clicks.
• Advance payments: Adjust your advance payment in an instant if your current consumption situation changes.
• Bills: You can view your bills and download them as PDF documents.
• Consumption: Monitor your consumption curve by energy type and compare historical consumption data. You can also view your current consumption and a recommended advance payment based on it.
• Electricity Price: If you have chosen a dynamic tariff, you can view today's price development in the "Electricity Price" tile, as well as price development over a period of your choice using several display options.
• Mailbox: As an online customer, receive personalized messages such as advance payment change information.
• My Public Utility: Stay informed about current topics, promotions, and key events related to your public utility and your region.

With your consent, the "Stadtwerke Haltern 2go" app will keep you up to date via push notifications on current topics related to your energy connection. Push notifications remind you of upcoming meter readings or other important events with your energy provider, for example.
