MEDICATIONS BASED ON YOUR RESPONSE
Thirteen sources instead of a single, standardized list – you set your region once.
• 355 medications from 13 sources: DBRD, Hesse, Main-Kinzig district, Rhineland-Palatinate, Baden-Württemberg, SAA/BPR (6 states), Bavaria, Berlin, NUN (Lower Saxony/Bremen), Schleswig-Holstein, Thuringia, Joint Compendium of Emergency Medical Services (North Rhine-Westphalia), and Hamburg – separate sources, switchable at any time.
• For each entry: indications, contraindications, brand names, dosage formula in plain text, and volume to be drawn up in mL including dilution.
• Dosage slider selectable by weight or age – rule of thumb and calculation method are clearly displayed next to it.
• Optional DIVI color code for drug classes.
FOR USE
• Emergency images & algorithms – 15 flowcharts according to DBRD 2025, with XABCDE, dosages, and quiz.
• Mass Casualty Incident Triage – PRIOR as a guided triage tree, one decision per screen. Optional GPS and QR scan for each patient.
• CPR mode – drift-free metronome, 4 Hs & HITS, Joule calculator, ECG rhythm trainer, incident report.
• Scores – GCS, APGAR, qSOFA, NEWS2, calculated step by step.
• Calculators – pediatric calculator, burns (Lund-Browder & Parkland), O₂ cylinder range, positional staging/Cabrera circle, vital signs counter.
• Schemes – XABCDE, SAMPLERS, OPQRST, BE-FAST+4D, SINNHAFT & Co., including handover protocol.
