I love Hope Channel and all its programming. Initially, the app performed very well, but within the past several months, the app crashes every few minutes (sometimes less than 1 minute), and I miss hearing important information. The same is true across three devices. I thought that it was my ISP, but today, I got a warning from my latest Android to put the Hope Channel app to sleep because of frequent crashes. I hope this can be fixed because I enjoy listening to HC around the world.

My app is just not opening. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and I am still getting an error message 2 weeks ago I reported that I am unable to open this app. I am still unable to open it.....help please It has now been 6 months since my above post concerning the difficulties I am experiencing with this app. I now realise that I am one amongst many. Come on Hope Channel technicians, do something or say something. This appl is a valuable media in spreading the Good News, don't let it die

Hope Channel engineers, I reported an issue on May 2👇🏼. Today's Sabbath, May 31st & still nothing. Not even an acknowledgement of the issues I've reported - the app & website lagging & freezing for a whole month. Only +ve reviews acknowledged May 2: From Jamaica. Your app & website hasn't been working all week. All the channels have been on a loop all week. I've uninstalled the app, checked my phone for updates & reinstalled. It’s still not working. The same issue is also on your live website

• Android TV: on-screen content no longer runs past the edges of the screen.
• Player: the play/pause button now always matches what is actually playing, and finished videos replay with a single tap.
• Restored the exit-fullscreen button in the video player.
• Fixed content being drawn under the status and navigation bars on newer Android versions.
• More consistent behavior when closing dialogs.
