Ratings and reviews

After the 17.04.2024 update, the app is approaching being unusable on a tablet in the landscape orientation. The side-by side view is completely unresponsive, with page updates taking tens of seconds, with no visual feedback. In the article view, the app now shows the article text in the central 1/3rd of the screen, leaving vast white areas to the left and to the right.

(June 2021)So glad I stumbled across Tagesspiegel. It's right at the top of the European newspaper tree. Its in-depth analysis is clear and well-presented. Priceless during the pandemic. (26 Aug 2021): it just gets better. A lot of info and perspectives I have not seen elsewhere. My German is improving...(28/11/21) they keep asking me to evaluate the ap. My opinion has not changed! Ads experience? Totally unobtrusive.

I am a subscriber to NYT and Washington Post. Each cost me about 6 USD per month, and I get unlimited access to all content. Both have signed up millions to their service and have gained high ad revenue in return. Your subscription is too expensive in the long run.

What's new

Nach einem größeren Systemupdate vergangene Woche kam es zu Zugriffproblemen in Web und App. Diese sind nun eingegrenzt und größtenteils gelöst. Vielen Dank für Ihre Geduld!
Weitere Optimierungen sind :
- E-Paper wieder im Offline Mode lesbar
- Artikel in E-Paper sind ebenfalls wieder von Artikel zu Artikel bis zum Ende der Ausgabe swipebar
- Dark Mode (noch im Beta Status) Optimierungen, so dass Kommentare, Grafiken usw. sichtbar/lesbar sind
