Garbage processs garbage service, buy something else! To activate your sim card they need your passport and if you don't have your passport they connect you to a video chat and then the person hangs up on you if you don't have your passport!

Die Identitätsüberprüfung mittels Ausweis ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben für die Aktivierung von SIM-Karten. Ohne gültigen Ausweis ist eine Aktivierung leider nicht möglich. I gave them all my information and the Sim verification video call people instantly declined it with no words spoken. Waste of 5 Euros and I can't even call their customer service.

It won't take my United States ID, and a Germany ID requires a video call that breaks and then resets all entries I did before. It's really annoying.
