The team energie Electricity & Gas app is your smart assistant for all aspects of your electricity or gas contract. The app provides convenient and straightforward access to numerous functions.

With the Electricity & Gas app, you can quickly report your meter reading for your annual bill – simply via image recognition, voice input, or manual entry. You can keep track of your electricity and gas consumption at any time: You can choose between a graphical display or a detailed view depending on the energy type. Furthermore, you can view your consumption history and compare your consumption data using special filter functions. You can also view your current consumption and request a recommended advance payment based on it.

You can also view your bills with the Electricity & Gas app in just a few clicks: Keep track of costs using sorting functions and check both outstanding and already made payments. If you have chosen a dynamic tariff, you can view today's price development and, using several display options, view price development over a period of your choice. Managing advance payments is also easy in the Electricity & Gas app. In addition to the general advance payment plan for one or more consumption points, this also includes the option to individually adjust advance payments to your current situation.

In the Customer Data section, you can view and edit your personal data and manage customer accounts linked to your existing account.

If you are an online customer of team energie, you will receive personalized messages in your mailbox regarding your electricity and gas contract, such as contract confirmations or advance payment change information. If you are not yet an online customer, you can of course also adjust this in the Electricity & Gas app.

With your permission, the Electricity & Gas app will inform you about important events, such as an upcoming meter reading notification, via push notifications.
