The electricity & gas app from team energie is the smart helper for all topics relating to your electricity or gas contract. With the app you can access numerous functions conveniently and easily.

With the electricity & gas app you can report your meter reading for the annual billing in no time - easily either via image recognition, voice input or manual input. You can keep an overview of your electricity and gas consumption at all times: you can choose between a graphical display or a detailed view depending on the type of energy. You can also gain insight into your consumption history and compare your consumption data using special filter functions.

You can also view your bills with the electricity & gas app with just a few clicks: keep track of costs using sorting functions and check both outstanding and payments that have already been made. Advance payment management is also easy to manage in the electricity & gas app. In addition to the general advance payment plan for one or more consumption points, this also includes the possibility of individually adapting the advance payments to the current situation.

In the customer data area you can view and change your personal data and manage customer accounts linked to your existing account.

If you are an online customer of team energie, you will receive personalized messages in your mailbox about your electricity and gas contract, such as contract confirmations or bill change information. If you are not yet an online customer, you can of course also adjust this in the Strom&Gas app.

With your permission, you will be informed about important events, such as an upcoming date for your meter reading report, using push notifications from the Strom&Gas app.
