The app for entry. Scan tickets, see who's on the list—that's all it does, and that's intentional.
The organizer gives the door team an access code. Enter the code, add your name, and you're done: no account, no registration, no setup. Access is valid only for the booked event and expires automatically afterward.
In the evening:
• Scan QR codes with a clear response: valid, already checked in, wrong event
• Select the event first, then look it up—one code can be valid for an entire weekend
• Guest list with companions, purchased tickets per person, reservations for the evening
• Search by name, even with three hundred guests
What the app deliberately cannot do:
• Edit nothing: the lists are for viewing only; check-offs are done at the scanner
• No contact details, no amounts—an entry access sees names and status, nothing more
• Save nothing: QR codes are not saved, and no photos are stored
