With the use of the TKS easyTV app, certain types of user data will be transferred to the TKS streaming server in order to provide you with certain real-time features along with the best possible viewing experience; for example in displaying the dynamic program guide and when making channel selections.
User data transferred to TKS includes but may not be limited to your current IP address, easyTV app username and password, and your device’s MAC address. This user data is used expressly by TKS for the sole purpose of fulfilling the functionality of the easyTV app. No user data is ever shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

I gave it one star because, as others have described, there is an looping loading screen where it constantly switches from landscape to portrait orientation. I was able to use another app (Rotation Control) to work around it. Before starting, use Rotation Control to lock the orientation to landscape (Shield icon and the horizontal one). I was able to login and play streams after doing it. You can login with portrait mode locked, but it will error on playing media.

Gets stuck on the "easyTV" loading screen and will proceed to go into a loop of crashing, putting my screen in landscape mode, crashing, and putting it back in portrait mode while never getting past the loading screen. It does this on loop if I dont try to stop it. Please debug your app or your going to lose business if your users can't even open the app and use it, nevermind log into it, which I also can't do since its stuck on the loading screen.

App is unusable. Stuck in a boot loop while it switches between portrait and landscape mode on my phone. Tried to access it through the TKS app and the problem will exists. I get that the service is built into all home Internet plans but if it's not usable at all, I kind of want my money back for it.
