This Solitaire app for Android brings together a large collection of Solitaire games, all with plenty of ways to customize for a gaming experience that feels just right for you.

The design is simple and straightforward, putting the focus on the games themselves. Each one comes with instructions and several helper functions.

With tons of customization options, you can tweak the rules of each game to fit your style and change up the look with different backgrounds, card designs, and text colors. You can even enable Left-Handed mode, which adjusts the layout for left-handed play, or switch on 4-color mode for easier gameplay with red, black, green, and blue suits.

The app also supports landscape view, dark mode, and various movement options to suit your preferences. Sound effects and background music are also optional settings.

The main menu is fully customizable too: You can arrange, resize, or hide icons to keep things organized just the way you like.

Ratings and reviews

This has Mod 3, which is my favorite solitaire, and is well-designed and nice to look at. Unfortunately I have run into two issues: 1) Sometimes the menu text is the same color as the dialog background, so it can't be read. 2) There are ads and no way to pay to remove them. I'd gladly pay for such a good app! Hopefully the developer sets something up, as I'd like to support development and not have to worry about ads eating my data.

Used to be a barebones Solitaire collection with no ads or tracking, but as of today, it was asking for my consent to track. Even if I click no, I don't trust that you aren't actually tracking me. The developer's GitHub page says that they're no longer working on this app, but they still manage to add in tracking after nearly a decade of not having any at all. what a disappointment.

Minor issue preventing 5 stars is that "mix cards" will on occasion mix up cards that have already been put in order. It's kind of frustrating when you get cards sorted from King to 2, run out of legal moves, hit "mix cards", and the entire set of sorted cards is completely scrambled, contrary to what The documentation says. EDIT: I found the issue. User error. There was an out-of-order card at the end of a set after dealing the last cards on Spiderette. Absolutely wonderful app, 5 stars!
