Ongoing is a recurring task reminder for the things you have to do again and again: water the plants, change the bedding, clean the bathroom, call grandma, oil the bike chain. Set an interval in days, weeks or months, and Ongoing tells you when it is due again.

REPEATS FROM WHEN YOU ACTUALLY DID IT
Most to-do apps repeat tasks on fixed calendar dates. Ongoing counts from the day you tap "did it". Watered the plants two days late? The next reminder is still five days away, not three. Recurring chores stop piling up and the list always shows what is really due.

YOUR HOME SCREEN IS THE REMINDER
The Ongoing widget lists every task that is due or overdue, right on your home screen. You see it each time you unlock your phone, so nothing needs to nag you. Overdue tasks stay in the widget until you do them; they do not spam you with repeated notifications.

ONE CALM NOTIFICATION
Get one notification on the day a task is due, at the time you choose. That is all.

ROTATING VARIATIONS
One task can cycle through variants: "clean" rotates through kitchen, bathroom and windows; "water" alternates between the balcony and the living room. Ongoing remembers which one is next.

SHARE CHORES WITH FAMILY OR ROOMMATES
Create a group, share its key, and everyone sees the same tasks. When one person marks a chore as done, it is done for all. Changes sync between phones and work offline; they catch up when you are back online. No account, no sign-up, no email address needed.

BULK POSTPONE
Back from a holiday? Select several tasks and push them all by a few days, weeks or months in one go.
