WHAT TODO-BOARD DOESN'T DO
• No ads — anywhere
• No trackers, no analytics, no Crashlytics
• No advertising IDs, no profile building
• No background data transfer — only content you enter yourself or consciously select for AI import leaves our server
• The app itself only requests "Internet" and "Network Status" as Android permissions — no camera, address book, or location permissions. If you want to use a photo directly from your camera for AI import, your browser will handle it.
DATA PROTECTION AND HOSTING
• Main server for your content: Germany (netcup GmbH, Karlsruhe)
• GDPR-compliant data processing
• Encrypted transmission (TLS), passwords only as bcrypt hashes
• Delete your account and all data yourself at any time in the app
• When AI import is active: Images or text that you select for this purpose are transferred to Anthropic Claude via fal.ai (USA) for processing — only with your opt-in, with a rate limit. Full details at todo-board.de/datenschutz
