Whether it's a classic transfer, workshop logistics, or rental car return: TransferFleet bundles everything you need on the road in one app. Accept orders, plan routes, transmit your live location, and create reports directly on-site.

Orders at a Glance
All assigned orders at a glance. Including pickup and delivery locations, vehicle data, customer name, and all other important details.
Live Tracking
During active orders, the app transmits your location to your dispatcher. This allows everyone involved to see your current position and estimated arrival time.
Handover Reports
Document damage directly on the vehicle, take photos, obtain signatures, and generate the completed report as a PDF. All in the app, without paperwork.
Routes and Maps
Mapbox-based navigation shows you the most efficient route. No more switching between apps.
Multilingual
The app speaks German, English, Spanish, and Arabic.

Drivers: You use the mobile app. Log in with the access data you received from your dispatcher.
Dispatchers and managers: You work in the web dashboard at app.transferfleet.de. There you manage orders, drivers, customers, invoices, and view a live map of all active orders.

DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY

All data is processed in compliance with GDPR in an EU data center (Frankfurt am Main). Location data is only transmitted during active jobs, never in the background without an active job. All connections are TLS-encrypted.
