HOLIDAYS ** BRIDGE DAYS ** SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
HOLIDAYS in Austria
This app shows all public holidays from 2000 to 2040 for all federal states (marked in gray, green, red) and also all other public holidays (marked in blue) in Austria.
BRIDGE DAYS in Austria
For all public holidays, it shows how employees can optimally plan their vacation days in order to have as many days off as possible. Public holidays for which you only need a bridge day (also known as a window day in the region) for a long weekend are marked green.
Holidays that fall on a Saturday or Sunday are marked in red. All other public holidays are gray.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS in Austria
The school holidays for the coming years up to 2013, if available, are also displayed for each federal state. This data is continually updated.
FURTHER DATA in Austria
The days of the summer and winter time change are also displayed, as are the start of spring, the start of summer, the start of autumn and the start of winter.
CALENDAR
All data displayed can be added to the calendar. Simply press and hold the respective entry and your calendar app will be called up. Unfortunately, this doesn't work so well with the standard calendar app, as the entry (partially) extends over 2 days or the wrong end date is displayed for holidays :(

PERMISSION
Authorization for internet access is only required to display the advertising banner. Otherwise no data will be transferred. But the app also works without internet access!
