It is not possible to use the app. When opening the app, there is predefined telephone number which is not mine and which kannot be changed.. thus I am stuck and not able to log in. I give 0 points to this app

Hi Jana, I am sorry that you couldn't use the app the way you wanted to. Did you use it as a visitor or as an Uniklinik employee? You might have selected the wrong profile. Please reset the app by pressing the logo for about 10 seconds and then chose "speichern und zurücksetzen". You now can use the app as visitor. Best wishes
