Es handelt sich bei der App *nicht* um ein Programm, mit dem ein Halter zu einem Kennzeichen ermittelt werden kann! Lediglich die Information, welcher Stadt/welchem Landkreis/Kanton etc. ein Kennzeichen zugeordnet werden kann, kann angezeigt werden. Es gibt soweit ich weiß auch keine App für die Halterauskunft für Android.
