• Load your client's forms directly from the backend
• Capture leads via dynamic forms — text, number, date, email, selection, photo, signature
• Business card scan: Take a photo, text recognition automatically extracts name, company, email, phone, and address — directly on the device, without cloud OCR

• Fully offline capable — data is stored locally encrypted on the device

• Automatic synchronization as soon as internet access is available again

• Obtain digital signatures directly on the device (Apple Pencil-enabled iPads & styluses are supported)

• Activate multiple devices per client via email login or QR code pairing

DATA PROTECTION & SECURITY

• Token is stored encrypted in the Android keystore

• Business card text recognition runs entirely on the device — no transfer to external OCR services

• No advertising, no third-party tracking

• Data is transferred exclusively to your own Varco client

• Transfer is encrypted via HTTPS

• Device logout at any time upon request Token Revocation

ACCESS

You need a Varco client with the MesseApp function activated. Login is possible either via email or using a QR code with PIN generated by the administrator in the web backend—the latter allows you to unlock trade show tablets without sharing personal login credentials.

REQUIREMENTS

• Android 8.0 (API 26) or later

• Camera for business card and QR code scanning

• Internet connection for synchronization; local data capture also works completely offline

• Trade show booths and exhibitions—generate many leads in a short time, but not always with stable Wi-Fi

• Field sales—customer appointments, data capture in the car or on-site

• Roadshows and events—leads per employee per day, synced to the backend in the evening
