Shared appointments with start/end times, descriptions, and multiple family members. Birthdays can be marked as their own event type. Appointments can be paused (e.g. for a date range) and shared via WhatsApp, Signal, or SMS — even with people outside the family, no account needed. Ideal for separated parents or blended families.
✅ Tasks with Timer
Create and assign tasks, track progress with a circular timer. Big tasks can be broken down into smaller steps using AI.
🔁 Routines & Medication
Recurring routines for the whole family — daily, weekly, monthly. With time limits, a circular progress indicator, and pause functionality (e.g. for vacations). Dedicated medication routines 💊 with morning/midday/evening slots per family member and push reminders.
🪙 Coin Reward System
Complete tasks and routines to earn coins. Works for kids and parents alike. Parents decide what coins can be redeemed for.
📋 Lists for Everything
Shopping lists, packing lists, to-do lists, checklists — all live-synced. The shopping list is linked to the weekly meal plan and automatically combines duplicate ingredients.

What’s new

NEW: Redesigned navigation – 5 tabs instead of 8, new More menu, Settings reorganised. AI-split tasks are now shown grouped with a step indicator. "Time & energy" suggestions now judge tasks more intelligently.
FIXES: Task split sometimes opened invisibly. AI occasionally replied in German instead of English. Crash when opening tasks after AI split. All fixed.
