VOB-Retter is the mobile app that allows construction and building contractors to record concerns according to VOB/B §4 Paragraph 3 directly on the construction site and document them as a clean PDF. Instead of paper clutter and subsequent rework, a complete concern report is generated in just a few minutes – including project reference, description, photo, GPS coordinates, and a timestamp. The result is immediately shareable and provides clear evidence for clients.

Offline & Robust
Even without an internet connection, you can create cases, save photos, and generate PDFs. The app works entirely locally and is designed for construction site workflows: large buttons, short paths, clear steps. The PDF file receives a unique name with project, date, and time, making it easy to find in email attachments or the download folder.

Edit and Share Again
Each case remains in the list and can be reviewed or edited later. The PDF can be regenerated at any time – with or without a photo. This ensures your documentation remains up-to-date, even if information is added later.

Practical Design

The interface is in German and focuses on the essentials. Clear fields and concise text guide you through the process. The goal is a reliable result, not additional paperwork.

Data Privacy and Control

All data is stored locally on your device. There's no account, no cloud obligation, and no automatic transfer. You decide what gets shared. The legal notice and privacy policy are linked within the app. You can delete your data or back it up at any time.
