VoltProof helps small electrical inspection teams document equipment checks locally. Manage customers, locations and equipment, enter readings from your test instrument and create clear PDF reports, even without reception.
YOUR INSPECTION WORKFLOW
• Manage customers, locations and equipment with inventory numbers.
• Find equipment by QR code, barcode or search.
• Record visual checks, measurements, function checks and the result step by step.
• Create your own templates and comparison values with their sources.
• Add photos and reasoned manual assessment overrides.
• Preserve completed inspections as historical snapshots.
• Create individual and batch PDF reports and QR labels.
• Import and export CSV files, choose follow-up dates and enable optional reminders.
YOUR DATA ON YOUR DEVICE
No NovaApps account, app server or built-in cloud sync. Inspection data stays local. Back up your work regularly to a location you choose. ZIP backups are not additionally encrypted. Store purchases, purchase restoration and optional native rating requests use the relevant store.

German, English, Polish, Turkish, Romanian, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish. Choose the app and report languages independently. Your own entries and templates are not automatically translated; changing languages does not adapt national inspection regulations.

Up to ten equipment records, including archived items, are free. The full inspection workflow, existing records, PDF/CSV exports, backups and restoration remain free. Backups containing more than ten items can also be restored and used for free.

One-time price of €49.99 in Germany, no subscription. Pro removes the limit on creating and importing additional equipment records. The store shows the binding local price before purchase. Apple and Google purchases are separate and tied to the respective store account.
VoltProof does not take electrical measurements or replace a test instrument or professional competence. Choose the procedures, comparison values, scope, intervals and assessment appropriate to your work. The app does not promise certification or automatic legal compliance.
