Ratings and reviews

I have a rent contract but, cannot upload the files. Although I get a message on the appication (and also a mail) "Fehlende Vertragsunterlagen / Missing contract documents" I always face up with a page on the application on my phone "Abwarten und Tee Drinken". Why cannot I upload the necessary files? Why don't you give an alternative way for us to send our documents via an e-mail? Waiting for your answer immediately.
