Voogo Driver is the work app for authorized drivers from VOOGO partner companies.

YOUR SERVICE

• Go online and offline
• Check ride offers with pickup location, destination, distance, payment method, and price

• Accept or decline offers

• Select authorized driving classes and use car acceptance if desired
• Navigation during your journey and while driving, directly in the app

RESERVATIONS
Scheduled rides are displayed in the app. You can accept available reservations and release your own reservations.

PROFIT AND PERFORMANCE
• Weekly overview with ride earnings, tips, and bonuses, if applicable

• Track individual rides with route, duration, distance, and earnings

• Set your own daily goals for rides or ride earnings

DOCUMENTS AND VEHICLE
Photograph and send required documents directly from the app. You can see the approval status, reasons for rejection, and any expiration dates. Select your current vehicle from those authorized by your partner company. Invitations from partner companies will appear in your inbox.

SUPPORT AND SAFETY
Support issues and answers can be found in your inbox. During a ride, passenger contact, safety features, and navigation are available in the app.

REQUIREMENTS
To go online, your driver account and required documents must be activated. You also need to be assigned to a VOOGO partner company and a vehicle. When you are online, the app uses your location in the background to enable ride offers, directions, and ride status.
