About this app
WDoku documents your medical procedures in seconds – structured, complete, and clearly organized. Designed for physicians in residency training. Available in the cloud or entirely on-premises at your hospital. GDPR compliant, servers located in Germany.
RECORD PROCEDURES, QUICKLY AND EASILY
Document surgeries and procedures in under 10 seconds: Select the catalog item, specify the date and operating room, and you're done. The intelligent tree structure guides you directly to the correct entry, and parent items with target numbers are automatically selected. In anesthesia logbooks, flat fees are automatically selected.
VOICE INPUT FROM THE OR
Dict procedures in natural language. WDoku automatically recognizes the procedure, date, time, and operating room. Two modes: Device Mode (fast and private, without cloud storage) or AI Mode (highest accuracy). In Quick Mode, a long press of the plus button is all it takes.

Progress bars, charts, and a traffic light system show your current status. The forecast calculates when you will reach your continuing education goals. Data from previous positions can be quickly added.
ONE-CLICK eLOGBOOK TRANSFER
Transfer documented performance directly to the official electronic logbook of the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer) – no copy-paste, no media breaks. WDoku is officially linked to the eLogbook.

WDoku supports catalogs from all 17 state medical associations: General Surgery, Visceral Surgery, Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Anesthesiology, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Urology, and many more.

WDoku adapts to large screens: a clear sidebar, two-column views, and more screen space on tablets and PCs.
FOR HOSPITALS
WDoku can now be run entirely within the hospital upon request, with operation and data storage on-site. Hospital administration provides a central overview of all residents: progress monitoring, a shared departmental performance feed, drill-down to individual logbooks, and HIS integration. Data is only shared with authorized training supervisors with the residents' consent.
