Frustrating to get it to work when taking your portrait. Tiny text with recommendations what to do, is nearly impossible to read. Then because it's is at bottom of screen, your eyes are practically closed when your trying to read the instructions, to it can't get a good image of you. Poorly thought through.

Absolutely horrible. Waited for more than 90 minutes. Got a connection earlier but was fully blackscreen and disconnected after 1 minute. Only after a full 95 minutes I was finally connected to an actual agent who had basically no emotions, she would talk very monotone and didn't smile once. Needless to say her attitude didn't really lift my mood up either after waiting 90 minutes. Would not recommend using this service, ever.

Horrible service. Worst ever. Several hour long waiting times (if you are lucky enough to be connected) only to contact extremely rude and incapable employees who hang up the call out of nowhere multiple times. 1 star is too much but is not possible to give 0. Not only the app but the whole webID identification is a complete disaster as I tried also the browser.
