Frustrating to get it to work when taking your portrait. Tiny text with recommendations what to do, is nearly impossible to read. Then because it's is at bottom of screen, your eyes are practically closed when your trying to read the instructions, to it can't get a good image of you. Poorly thought through.

This app is horrible. I used it for online ID and it didn't accept my face at first. Then I accidentally shook my phone and suddenly it works? Then I have to enter my bank account data into their app, have to accept the tan and then it just gets stuck forever. Absolutely horrendous experience. Use the website instead, that works flawlessly.

I don't know how they hire people, but they definitely hired the ones with the most miserable lives ever. They will just drop the call without helping you resolve your problem, or just even a polite "goodbye" would be nice but nooooooo. The user interface is so bad. The "switch camera" button is not there and their solution is just to drop your call. Companies should not use this for identification. They are being ripped off.
