Frustrating to get it to work when taking your portrait. Tiny text with recommendations what to do, is nearly impossible to read. Then because it's is at bottom of screen, your eyes are practically closed when your trying to read the instructions, to it can't get a good image of you. Poorly thought through.

Unlike most other reviewers, video identification went fine in my case. Wait time was less than 5 minutes, and the call went smoothly enough. NFC card verification is a different story though. Tried twice for 2 different services, failed both times for no apparent reason. And no option to retry reading the card, immediately sends a fail to the provider.

Unprofessional to the extreme. An AI would have a better chance of success. For context, I am hard of hearing. Despite warning in advance that they will need to repeat themselves, all responders disconnected in less than a minute; some, less than five seconds. Being vague about the issue and resetting all progress by passing the problem to the next responder makes the Deustche Bank feel like a joke. I'd give negative stars if I could.
