Frustrating to get it to work when taking your portrait. Tiny text with recommendations what to do, is nearly impossible to read. Then because it's is at bottom of screen, your eyes are practically closed when your trying to read the instructions, to it can't get a good image of you. Poorly thought through.

Unfortunately it has random issues with the camera where the attendant can only see a black screen and there is no option to restart the camera. It is necessary to leave the call, start a new session and restart the whole process. I have to use this app three times (maybe 4), from two different smartphones. This issue happened once in each device. Communication works fine like other similar apps, but be prepared to spend more time if no other option is available. It would be nice to fix.

I don't know how they hire people, but they definitely hired the ones with the most miserable lives ever. They will just drop the call without helping you resolve your problem, or just even a polite "goodbye" would be nice but nooooooo. The user interface is so bad. The "switch camera" button is not there and their solution is just to drop your call. Companies should not use this for identification. They are being ripped off.
