Frustrating to get it to work when taking your portrait. Tiny text with recommendations what to do, is nearly impossible to read. Then because it's is at bottom of screen, your eyes are practically closed when your trying to read the instructions, to it can't get a good image of you. Poorly thought through.

the personnel has really bad headsets, I could hear the noises from other sessions. First attempt wasn't successful, since I couldn't hear the guy, the moment he started speaking the mic was cutting the level, so I could only hear the end of sentence. then he blamed it on my connection.

Indeed more than useles. Very frustrating !!. Many times of trying still no to avail. When everything is clear they still can't recognised your identification. Very poor service.
