My first and probably will be my last experience with this service in Herford. I had train on 7:29 and could barely catch the train after running through the city on feet cause the app showed a ride which probably doesn't exist and of course bus didn't show up at all, although I was waiting on station more than 10 mins before time and left 2 mins after time. Worst experience I ever had. I bought the ticket using the app night before and even can't get back my money 🤔🤐

You'd think an app to buy tickets would let you buy tickets, but you'd be wrong. All my payment attempts just end up in errors and I don't know a single person that ever succeeded. And now they respond that their payment method is broken, so they suggest one uses another broken payment method. Absolute garbage.

BEWARE if you order tickets using the app and there is an error with your order. They will still charge your card or PayPal account and if you want to contact anyone GUESS WHAT?! There is no-one you can talk to because there is only a Hotline to ask about schedules and prices. There is no way to get assistance from a human being if the app fails to deliver the product it sells and they will keep your money. The "customer support" will tell you that they are not responsible for this issue. GREAT!
