By far the worst mobile service experience I’ve ever had. The connection randomly drops (both calls and internet) without warning, and stays down for hours. This has happened multiple times and has caused serious inconvenience. Totally unreliable and frustrating. I do not recommend WinSim under any circumstances!!! Want it even angrier or more formal?

App is only available in German, which is fine, but as a sim card management app, it blocks screenshots for no reason so I can't even translate anything on the app. Stop blocking screenshots

DONT DO IT!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I'm glad there's a platform to warn others about winsim, but 500letters is not enough space to describe all the problems. They offered 20euro credit, then didn't give it, sim doesnt work, and I'm expected to pay for 6months. Never mentioned anything about having to wait before the simcard would work outside of Germany. Multiple times customer service gives incorrect information, rude, and hasnt cared to correct the problem. -10
