WORST SIM CARD. UNEXPLAINED FEES. NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. paid 104 euros to cancel my 24 month contract ( that's valid i guess) but they closed my account after two months and charged me two more months of fees. ignored all my emails. I refused to pay but eventually did because they told me they would add lawyer fees if I didn't. -also charged me 64 euros when I accidentally turned on data in another country for a couple of seconds. I had lidl connect previously they were much better.

App is only available in German, which is fine, but as a sim card management app, it blocks screenshots for no reason so I can't even translate anything on the app. User interface seems ok though if you can learn a language to technical accuracy first.

DONT DO IT!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I'm glad there's a platform to warn others about winsim, but 500letters is not enough space to describe all the problems. They offered 20euro credit, then didn't give it, sim doesnt work, and I'm expected to pay for 6months. Never mentioned anything about having to wait before the simcard would work outside of Germany. Multiple times customer service gives incorrect information, rude, and hasnt cared to correct the problem. -10
