With the WinWorker app, you now have your office with you wherever you go!
# Addresses, projects, appointments, employee overview
Keep an eye on everything: Whether business appointments, customer addresses, telephone numbers, current projects or an overview of the activities of your employees - with the WinWorker app, you are always optimally informed about your operation and have all the important data at hand. You can also write mobile notes and fill in mobile forms.
# Time tracking
With just a few taps, individual services or general bookings such as "driving time", working hours ", etc. can be recorded - directly on the construction site and, of course, according to the respective project. Even devices can be selected within a booking.
All times - including the breaks - are recorded to the second and sent directly to the WinWorker software. This provides the perfect basis for an evaluation in the context of the final costing, the forwarding to payroll accounting programs and for the times-proof within the framework of the minimum wage law.
# Tasks
Create tasks with the WinWorker software in the office or directly via the WinWorker app and send them automatically to all mobile devices of the selected employees. So no work instruction in hectic everyday life goes down!
