Worksdone is the mobile app for time tracking, task management, and absence tracking for teams – fast, clear, and with smart AI support from AWI.

TIME TRACKING THAT THINKS FOR YOURSELF
Start and end your workday with a tap. Record breaks, start and end times, and keep track of your total working time at all times. Assign individual time entries to tasks, projects, or clients and add notes as needed. Your overtime account shows you at a glance how much you've already worked relative to your target working hours.

TASKS & PROJECTS UNDER CONTROL
Quickly search for tasks, projects, or clients and start a timer directly. Open tasks and already recorded times are clearly displayed separately, so you always know what still needs to be done.

EASILY REQUEST ABSENCES
Request vacation, half-days off, sick leave, childcare, parental leave, or professional development directly from the app. Your vacation balance shows you your remaining vacation days and days already taken at any time. Requests can be submitted for approval and withdrawn if needed – the approval status is always transparent.

AWI – YOUR ARTIFICIAL WORK INTELLIGENCE
Simply ask AWI what you need: create a new time entry, retrieve the hours report for the last or current week, or start a new project. AWI answers your questions about your working hours in the chat and supports you with clear, quick answers – via text.

SECURE REGISTRATION
Registration is simple and secure via email with a confirmation code. If you are assigned to multiple companies or clients, you can easily switch between your accounts.

ALWAYS IN VIEW
With the stopwatch display on the lock screen, you can see whether time tracking is currently in progress, even without opening the app.

AWI – YOUR TIME TAKING Worksdone is the mobile extension of the Worksdone platform and is designed for employees and teams who want to manage their working hours, tasks, and absences digitally and easily. An existing Worksdone account with your company is required to use it.

The app is currently available in German and English.
