About this app

Prüflotse MFA is your personal learning companion for the final exam to become a Medical Assistant (MFA) – for both the written and practical parts. You'll learn with concise explanations, graphics, case studies from everyday practice, and verbatim regulations.

NOTE: Prüflotse is a private learning platform offered by WUPPERLIKE UG (limited liability). The app is not an offering from a medical association, vocational school, or government agency, does not contain official exam questions, and does not replace training or the exam. The content is solely for exam preparation: it does not provide medical advice, diagnostic or therapeutic recommendations, dosage information, or instructions for treating patients. The instructions of a physician are always authoritative. Emergency information does not replace a first aid course. LEARN
Lessons covering all three written exam areas: Treatment Assistance (from hygiene to laboratory and medication to emergency care), Business Organization and Administration (practice organization, billing, data protection), and Economics and Social Studies. Includes a lesson on the practical exam. Over 220 topics, almost all with a graphic.

PRACTICE
Nearly 1,400 exercises: multiple-choice questions, case studies, true/false questions, and flashcards on numbers, deadlines, and values. The legal quiz helps you identify which regulations apply. Adaptive learning rounds identify your weaknesses and plan review sessions. This includes "Review My Mistakes," a daily quiz, and a study plan leading up to your exam date. You can have questions and explanations read aloud.

LEARNING AIDS FOR DIFFICULT TOPICS
Step-by-step calculation methods, for example, for fee schedule invoices, co-payments, or converting gross to net income, plus comparison tables, "Practice Misconceptions," and "Why?" questions.

PRACTICE PROFESSIONAL DISCUSSIONS
For the practical exam: over 100 questions from the examination board about your procedures and explanations for patients. You answer aloud to yourself and then compare your answers with the model answers and their key points. The app does not record your answers.

EXAM SIMULATION
Practice in the format of the written exam: 100 questions in 300 minutes from the three exam areas in a 40:40:20 ratio, with evaluation by area. Pass with an overall score of at least 50%, at least 50% in at least two sections, and no score below 30% in any section. The medical association assesses the sections separately; the app counts each question equally and only marks it as correct if the answer is completely correct. After passing the simulation, you generate a learning record as a PDF – this is not a certificate from the medical association.

A transparent assessment of your preparation shows you where you stand – this is not a guarantee of passing.

Try it free for 3 days, without any payment information. The trial access ends automatically and does not convert into a subscription. After that, you need Prüflotse Premium to continue using it: a monthly subscription via Google Play for €13.99 per month, which renews automatically and can be canceled at any time in Google Play. Premium remains active until the end of the paid month. Premium is only valid for this app.

DATA PROTECTION AND OFFLINE
No account, no advertising, no analytics services, no tracking. Your learning data stays on your device. Learning works offline. The app only needs internet for the subscription: for completion and restoration, and – if a connection exists – for querying the subscription status at startup.
