The new YOU DRIVE Manager app allows driving instructors, comfortable access all the important data in the car and capture.
★ This app is can only be used for driving instructor , not for learner drivers. ★
Important ★ ★ you need to use the app a YOU-DRIVE Access. You can be ordered free of charge via www.you-drive.de code.
Highlights of YOU DRIVE Manager app:
► Dashboard
On the dashboard, you have all the important information at a glance. Can be found here, for example, birthdays, current and upcoming appointments.
► DRIVING STUDENTS TO MANAGE
In the app you can access all of your active learner and see all the important details (dates, services, payments, level of education, contact information etc.).
► CALENDAR
The integrated diary displays all your appointments. Of course, you can also create new appointments that you have just discussed with your students. For an appointment, you can create a single click a performance that can be signed directly from your students.
► SERVICES ACQUIRE
All main services (incl. Other activities), you can enter directly from the app and be possibly signed by your students. The services are automatically synchronized in the background, so you can be certified manager billed directly at YOU DRIVE PC or. Also, changing and deleting unbilled services is possible, including the re-capture of the signature.
► PAYMENTS CAPTURE
Unless you accept payments in the car, you can capture this in the app directly. They are sent and recorded in the background on your YOU-DRIVE Manager account.
► SETTINGS AND PERSONALIZATION
About the extensive configuration options adjust the app exactly to your needs. Given can preset many values in order to collect data even faster.
