About this app

The new YOU DRIVE Manager app allows driving instructors to retrieve all important data comfortably in the car and capture.

★ This app can only be used for driving instructors , not for learner drivers. ★

Highlights of the YOU-DRIVE Manager app:

► Dashboard
On the dashboard, you have all the important information at a glance. You'll find, for example, birthdays, current and upcoming appointments.

► DRIVING SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION
In the app, you can access all of your active learner and see all the important details (dates, services, payments, level of education, contact information, etc.).

► CALENDAR
The integrated schedule displays all your appointments. Of course, you can also create new appointments that you have just discussed with your students. You can create a single click a performance that can be signed directly from your students from an appointment.

► PERFORMANCE RECORD
You can capture directly from the app and, if necessary sign from your students all major services (incl. Other activities). The services are automatically synchronized in the background so that you invoiced directly in YOU-DRIVE Manager on the PC or can be certified. Also, changing and deleting unbilled services is possible, including the re-capture of the signature.

► PAYMENTS CAPTURE
If you accept payments in the vehicle, you can enter them directly in the app. They are sent in the background on your YOU-DRIVE Manager account and booked.

► ONLINE AND OFFLINE WORK

► RELIABLE SYNC
The app automatically syncs in the background over Wi-Fi or cellular network data to the server. Without cable and from anywhere. You or your driving instructor will no longer appear in the evening in the office to synchronize the data. Even cable, manual synchronization and time-consuming adjustments are a thing of the past.

► SAFETY
The transmission of your data with SSL encryption for TÜV-certified data center in Germany. This is much safer than storing your data on your local computer or server.

► BACKUP
Your data is regularly backed up automatically. You need not worry about the making and storing backups to make more.
