About this app

ZepDesk is the accounting solution for small and medium-sized businesses. The app is your mobile access point: It works directly with your ZepDesk account, and anything you do here is immediately available on the web.

Receipts

• Take a photo of a receipt; the app automatically detects the edges and combines multiple pages into one receipt.

• Capture even offline: The receipt waits in the app and is ready to use as soon as you're back online.

• Review, correct, and assign receipts to payments in your account.

Invoices and Quotes

• Create invoices, view them as PDFs, and send them by email.

• Create quotes, delivery notes, credit notes, payment reminders, and recurring invoices.

• View outstanding items and due dates at a glance.

Customers and Sales
• Create and manage customers, suppliers, business partners, and prospects.

• Convert a prospect into a customer or create a quote right away.

• Manage products and share price lists as PDFs.

Banking
• View accounts and transactions, and link transactions to receipts.


Taxes and Reports

• Review and approve VAT returns and other declarations. Approval is secured by your device key.

• Tax calendar with all deadlines.

• Business analysis, trial balance, and income statement.

File Storage
• Store documents in folders, including directly as photos.

Security
• Log in with your ZepDesk account, lock with fingerprint or facial recognition.

• Separate access for each company. You only see the content for which your role is authorized.

A ZepDesk account is required. The app will not display anything without logging in.

What’s new

New app icon with the correct ZepDesk logo. Reminders for tax deadlines and home screen widgets. Receipts created from bank transactions ask for the reason when the amount differs. The responsible tax office is shown before every ELSTER submission. Tax-exempt invoices state the exemption reason. Better layout on large screens. Request account deletion directly from the app by email.
