Ratings and reviews

Update: Tried to order a food from 4 Kms away and the app showes 9 Kms away. Confirmed with customer support they couldn't explain why and still ghosed me for days. So faking delivery distances... I might take this to LinkedIn. (2.0) Update: Gave it another chance, nothing improved. CS either keeps ignoring my calls or are understaffed.

It's a really nice app and their service is very good! But we need to have a proper review section where we can see what people are saying about the restaurant. That way we can order from a nice restaurant or avoid ordering from a restaurant with bad service. This is very important please!

I really enjoyed this delivery app from others mainly because of its delivery vehicles speed and quality way of delivery. But some app modifications it needs are both the vendors and drivers name and phone number should be available even after delivery. Additionally whenever a driver is changed I will receive the notification but it won't change on the tracking app please fix that.
