Ratings and reviews

Good app and service, only complaint is the map resize and refocus when it gets new location. Update: the app stopped showing the drivers routes on the map, and deliveries are taking longer and longer. it's not at the point that I would call it bad but it's getting there

It's a really nice app and their service is very good! But we need to have a proper review section where we can see what people are saying about the restaurant. That way we can order from a nice restaurant or avoid ordering from a restaurant with bad service. This is very important please!

Update: Tried to order a food from 4 Kms away and the app showes 9 Kms away. Confirmed with customer support they couldn't explain why and still ghosed me for days. So faking delivery distances... I might take this to LinkedIn. (2.0) Update: Gave it another chance, nothing improved. CS either keeps ignoring my calls or are understaffed.
