Mobile Education Office application Mangistau region, aimed at fighting corruption and identifying violations in educational institutions, designed for interactive communication between social communities and educational institutions in the detection of violations, the confrontation of corruption actions, ensure accountability and transparency of public services in education. The app covers the towns and organizations of the educational system of Mangistau region (Zhanaozen and Aktau, Beyneu, Karakiyan, Munaylinsky, Mangistau, Tupkaragan areas). The interface consists of the Kazakh, Russian and English language versions.

With the application of the system, the user, noticing a violation in a particular institution or object of education is able to send messages and files directly to the leadership of the Education Department of the Mangistau region. The applications received is processed by the responsible department and staff, appropriate measures are taken, the accounting information is formed on the results of the treatment works.

The app operates in the framework of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 №221-III «On the order of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities." Treatment filed in accordance with this Act, subject to mandatory receiving, registering, and Accounting Review. Anonymous applications, as well as treatment, that do not contain the essence of the issue is not subject to review.
