About this app

PicRest brings old photo prints back to life. Take a photo of a print with your phone, or pick one from your gallery, and PicRest does the rest:

• Finds the print in your shot, straightens it and crops away the background
• Repairs scratches, cracks, creases and dust
• Evens out lighting and brings back faded contrast
• Touch up: paint over a torn corner, a missing piece or glare, and PicRest fills it in

Faces stay true. PicRest never redraws or "beautifies" faces with AI, so your family looks exactly like themselves. Only damaged areas are repaired.

Compare before and after with a slider, then save or share the restored photo.

Tips for best results: lay the print flat, leave a little background around it, and avoid direct light on the print to reduce glare.

Your privacy: photos are sent securely to our server only to be restored, and are not kept afterwards. No account needed, no ads.
