The SimonTodd Portal app is the mobile companion to my.simontodd.design, designed for clients who work with SimonTodd and want one tap access to everything that's happening on their account.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Home dashboard — what needs your attention first: open tickets, outstanding invoices, today's meetings, tasks due, recent activity.
• Projects & tasks — full visibility of every active project, progress, and the tasks assigned to you. Comment, mark items done, and stay aligned with the team.
• Support tickets — raise new tickets in seconds with photo and file attachments, reply to existing threads, watch status changes in real time. Closed tickets stay searchable.
• Invoices & billing — see what's outstanding, view paid history, check care-plan hours used and remaining for the current period.
• Meetings — see what's scheduled, join Microsoft Teams calls with one tap, RSVP to invitations.
• Knowledge base & documents — full access to your account documentation, brand kits, reports, and the SimonTodd help articles.
• Uptime monitoring — if you have sites we monitor, view their current status, recent incidents, and SSL expiry at a glance.
• SEO & social — if your plan includes them, see your keyword rankings, recent regressions, and pending social-media post approvals.
• Push notifications — get pinged the moment a ticket is replied to, a task is assigned, an invoice is issued, or a meeting changes. Notifications collapse automatically once you open the relevant screen.

Sign in with the same credentials you use for the web portal. Switch between businesses you manage with one tap. Biometric unlock keeps things secure between sessions. Works equally well in light and dark mode.
