Describe an app, and your phone builds it.
Type what you want in plain words, like "a habit tracker", "a bill splitter for my flatmates" or "a quiz game for my kid". An AI coding agent writes the code, builds a real Android app right on your phone, and you install it. No coding, no computer, no cloud build server.
WHAT YOU CAN MAKE
• Personal tools: trackers, checklists, calculators, timers, notes
• Small games
• Simple apps for your family, shop, class or team
• Then change it by asking: "make the buttons bigger", "add a dark mode"
HOW IT WORKS
• Chat to build: describe the app, then keep refining it in the same conversation
• Real Android apps: Gradle and the Android build tools run on the device and produce a genuine installable APK
• Install from the app: each new version installs over the old one, and every app keeps its version history
• Builds keep going with the screen off
USE THE AI YOU ALREADY HAVE
Connect ChatGPT (Codex), Claude (Claude Code), Grok or OpenRouter, with a subscription sign-in or an API key. A free ChatGPT account works, and OpenRouter's free models (with daily limits) are another way to start without paying. AppMama sells no AI and has no account of its own.
YOUR APPS STAY WITH YOU
Your projects are stored on your phone. AppMama has no cloud of its own: the agent talks only to the AI service you picked, and every build happens on the device.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Needs an arm64 phone with Android 11 or newer and about 2 GB of free space
• The whole build toolchain ships inside the app, so the download is large (about 700 MB) and nothing extra is downloaded later
• A build takes a few minutes; the first build of a new app takes the longest
