HirePotential is designed to get you interview-ready. It is full of tips and guidance and will turn any job advert into anticipated competency-based questions that you can practice before interview. It will analyse, score and suggest improvements for your CV and your LinkedIn profile. Not only that, you will have access to a fully functional free website that lets you create or edit an existing CV and export to .docx and PDF.

UPLOAD A JOB ADVERT, GET INSIGHTS AND REAL POTENTIAL QUESTIONS Paste the text, paste a link, or upload a PDF/Word file. HirePotential analyses it and generates questions interviewers are likely to ask, allowing you to practice beforehand.

REHEARSE ALOUD, GET SCORED Practice answering out loud. Your response is transcribed and scored by AI on content and structure, with specific feedback on what worked and what to improve — referencing your actual words, not boilerplate tips. Every scored rehearsal is saved on your device so you can revisit past attempts.

CV REVIEW Get your CV reviewed on its own — content, wording, and formatting — or scored against a specific job advert for a match score and the keywords you're missing too. Suggestions are grouped by category: keywords, impact and wording, and formatting.

LINKEDIN REVIEW Get your LinkedIn profile checked against your CV and against what actually makes a profile good — structure, content quality, and consistency. Provide your profile by URL, by pasting the text, or by uploading screenshots for the AI to read directly.
