Shift Calendar: Work Rotas

About this app

Shift Calendar is a simple, honest calendar for shift workers: pay once and it works forever, with no subscription, no account and no ads.

Made for people who work shifts: nurses, carers, factory workers, police, firefighters, logistics, security and retail staff.

All your data stays on your phone. The app does not use the internet and collects nothing.

WHAT IT DOES
• Custom shift types: name, short code, colour, start and end time (overnight shifts included), unpaid break and days off
• Repeating rotations such as M-M-A-A-N-N-R-R applied from a start date: the calendar fills itself in, for years ahead
• Swapped a shift, took a day off or worked overtime? Tap the day and change it, or add a note
• Colour-coded monthly calendar with holidays and Sundays highlighted
• Monthly summary: hours worked, shifts by type, nights and night hours, holidays and Sundays worked
• Italian public holidays calculated on the device, Easter included, plus your local patron saint
• Reminder before each shift starts, even with the app closed and after a reboot
• Light, dark or system theme, with dynamic colours on Android 12 and later

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• No account, no sign-up, no servers
• Export a month as CSV to open in a spreadsheet or send to HR
• Back up and restore to a JSON file you save wherever you like
• No tracking, no analytics, no ads

NOTE
Hours and counts are estimates based on the times you enter: for payslips and contracts, your employer's records apply.
