Remember is built around one simple idea: if you dismiss a reminder without finishing the task, it comes back. No important item disappears just because you accidentally swiped away a notification.

Mark the note done, and the reminder is gone for good.

Automatically restore accidentally dismissed reminder notifications until they are actually done. Choose from normal reminders, high-importance reminders with heads-up alerts, or a quiet summary notification that keeps overdue and upcoming items pinned in your notification shade.

━━ 🔔 NOTIFICATION ACTIONS ━━
Add useful one-tap actions directly to reminder notifications so you can act without opening the app:
* Call, Message, or Email
* Get Directions
* Open a link, app, or shortcut
* Copy text or Share content

━━ 💤 NATURAL REMINDER PRESETS ━━
Set reminders and snooze with Timing (named times such as soon, later today, this evening etc.) or Duration (lengths of time such as 30 mins, 6 hours etc.). A custom date and time are always available.

Create hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly reminders. Remember also supports richer calendar-style patterns like "the last Friday of every month", with optional end dates or occurrence counts.

Move into Remember from Google Tasks using a connected account or a Google Takeout file. Or bring your data from tasks.org. Import is read-only; Remember does not modify or delete your Google Tasks / Tasks.org data.

Export your notes and settings to a backup, optionally including attached media. Restore when moving to a new device, or import a backup to merge notes into your current collection.

Your notes are stored entirely locally. Zero tracking, analytics, or automated background telemetry. No data leaves your phone without your explicit action (such as optional update checks or manually exporting a backup).

Ratings and reviews

I've been looking for a replacement of "Collateral" app for years and finally I have this. The best reminder app with granular recurrency control. The checklist and notes with markdown are bonus, and those too are well made. And one of the best looking Material 3 Expressive UI.

Oddly, for all the app can do, I can't find a way to persistently pin individual notes or lists to the Android's pull-down shade for quick access. "Pinning" applies only within the app itself. I can schedule them as alerts, but that's not the same thing. Ideally, for me, the app's tags should relate to separate notification channels so Android doesn't clump them all together.

Great app! I noticed a bug, when rotating from vertical to landscape and then back it distorts and it becomes unusable. The app has to be force closed and then restarted to return for normal vertical use. The app UI is beautiful. Will continue to Test and use as my daily notes app.

What’s new

• Critical reminders: a new level above High for things you must not miss. A Critical reminder rings like an alarm and gets through Do Not Disturb when it allows alarms. See more details in-app.
• Added an option to hide note and checklist content from note cards while keeping titles and metadata visible.
• Moved Defaults higher in Settings for better logical ordering.
• Long-pressing a Quick Settings tile now opens Remember instead of the system App Info page.
