For the Korean Language Teaching Proficiency Test, passing depends more on how you review than on how many questions you answer.
The Level 2 Korean Language Teacher qualification is not a one-time exam; you must pass all four sections evenly. This is also why it is difficult to identify on your own which sections you repeatedly struggle with. This app records that for you. It tracks your accuracy and weaknesses across four sections—Korean Linguistics, General and Applied Linguistics, Korean Culture, and Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language—and its cognitive science-based FSRS algorithm retrieves questions you have already solved just as you are about to forget them.
[Key Features]
4 Sections, 2,112 Questions
It contains the exact contents of 11 publicly available official past exam sessions (administered between 2014 and 2025). These include 1,012 questions on Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language, 660 on Korean Linguistics, 220 on General and Applied Linguistics, and 220 on Korean Culture. You can solve questions by section or select specific units to focus on. Classification into 42 Units
From the grammar, phonology, and vocabulary of Korean linguistics to the speaking, listening, reading, and writing education of pedagogy, the content is divided into 42 units following the domain classifications of the Enforcement Rules of the Framework Act on the Korean Language. You can select and repeat only the units you are weak in.
Detailed Explanations
To ensure you do not just check the correct answer number and move on, each question includes the reasoning behind the judgment, key concepts, and an assessment of the correctness of each option.
Analysis of Question Frequency
We counted 2,112 questions from 11 past exam sessions by unit to show which units have the highest proportion within the same subject. Since the number of units varies by domain, making comparison based solely on the number of questions difficult, we display the proportion compared to when questions appear evenly across that subject. This allows you to focus on the units with the highest weight first.
FSRS Smart Review
The review interval for questions you answer correctly is extended, while frequently missed questions are shown again quickly. You do not need to create a review schedule yourself; the app takes care of the questions you need to review today.
**42 Unit Classifications** Weakness Analysis Heatmap
View correct answer rates by subject area and unit at a glance. Identify your weak points and move directly to solving problems in those specific units.
Real Mock Exam
Like a real exam, the test is divided into Session 1 (Korean Linguistics & General Linguistics: 80 questions, 100 minutes) and Session 2 (Korean Culture & Korean Language Education: 112 questions, 150 minutes). You solve the problems while timing yourself separately for each session. You can gauge the passing threshold for each subject area in advance. Since the single essay question on lesson plan preparation in Session 2 cannot be graded, the test consists of 192 multiple-choice questions.
Review Box & Memo
Gather incorrect answers and questions to review in one place. You can leave memos for each question, allowing you to review while seeing the reasons for your confusion.
