For the Culinary Technician Written Exam, passing depends more on how you review than on how many questions you solve.
This app is not just about increasing the number of practice questions. It focuses on identifying your current weaknesses and bringing back questions you have already solved just before you forget them. Because the cognitive science-based FSRS algorithm analyzes the forgetting curve for each question to automatically determine the optimal review time, the amount of information retained differs significantly even with the same amount of time invested.
You can prepare for five categories—Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese, and Pufferfish—all in one app. Select the category you are preparing for and study using questions tailored to that specific field.
[Key Features]
**Self-produced Questions Based on NCS Standards**
We have included questions covering the entire scope of the Culinary Technician Written Exam standards. We have created hundreds of questions for each of the five categories, totaling over 3,300 questions in-house, aligned with the three-tiered standards of major, detailed, and sub-detailed items.
**Detailed Explanations**
Explanations are provided for every question. You can move on without just checking the answer, understanding the concepts behind why that answer is correct.
**Various Solution Modes**
You can select and solve problems by unit, and your progress and proficiency levels are displayed for each unit. You can start with unsolved problems or gather only your weak units to focus on.
**FSRS Smart Review**

**Review Notifications**
It reminds you of review time just when you are about to forget. Daily study reminders and FSRS review time notifications help keep your study flow uninterrupted.
**Weakness Analysis Heatmap**
View the correct answer rate for each unit at a glance. Visually identify which areas you are weak in and move directly to solving problems in that unit.

[Content Guide]
Past exam questions are not included for the Culinary Technician Written Exam. This is because the Culinary Technician Written Exam is conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT), so actual exam questions are not publicly disclosed. Furthermore, since the copyright for past questions belongs to the administering body, copying and past questions is not permitted. Instead, we analyzed the National Competency Standards (NCS) criteria and created study questions tailored to the format and difficulty level of the actual exam. The questions consist of core question types with a high probability of appearing on the exam, and we do not restore or duplicate past exam questions.
