Relay Dispatch Ops is the phone half of Relay, the dispatch system for black car and chauffeur companies. Dispatchers run the night from it. Drivers drive it.

• Tonight’s board: every trip on a departures board, with who is running behind and what still needs a driver.
• Every car, live: see where each driver is, who is late, and who has gone quiet.
• Every arrival tracked: flights are watched for you, and the pickup moves when the flight does.
• Assign a driver in a tap and see the moment they accept.
• Book a ride or send a quote from your phone, with the same fields as the office.
• Every text and email to a rider in one thread.

FOR DRIVERS
• Your night as a pass: the trip you are on, the minutes to your next stop, and everything you need at the curb.
• Every detail on one ticket: flight, bags, car seats, notes, and who gets out where.
• Turn by turn built in, or hand off to Google Maps or Waze.
• The next stop on your lock screen, in a notification that counts down as you drive.
• Accept or decline an offer in one tap. One press per stop, and the rider is texted for you.

Relay Dispatch Ops needs a Relay account. Companies sign up at relaydispatch.app, and drivers join by invitation from their company.
