Muetual is an expense tracker for the money you share. Set your recurring bills once, see what's due and what the month still costs, and keep one budget for the home, on your own or with your partner or flatmates. Shared expenses, the same numbers for everyone, and no IOUs. Your sheets stay in sync across Android, iPhone and the web.
RECURRING BILLS, SET ONCE
Rent, internet, subscriptions: add each recurring bill once with its own schedule. On the due date Muetual puts it in front of you to confirm, snooze or skip. Nothing books itself, so the budget only counts money that actually moved.
SEE WHAT'S COMING
The Upcoming view lists what's due now and forecasts the next run of every recurring bill, so you know what the month still costs before it's spent. With Premium, add planned expenses too: the deposit, the new sofa or the concert tickets wait there until the day comes, and none of it counts as spent until you confirm it.
ONE BUDGET FOR THE HOME
Weekly, monthly or running. A budget ring that fills as you spend, alerts at 80% and 100% of the budget, a trend chart of your recent weeks and a weekly summary by email.
YOUR PARTNER LOGS TOO, WITH STANDARD
Invite anyone by email. The owner runs the sheet and viewers see every number. With Standard, make your partner or flatmate an Editor so they log and edit shared expenses themselves, not just look at them.

The free plan covers a shared home budget: a shared sheet, a budget, a recurring bill, the Upcoming view and your recent expenses. Older expenses are hidden, never deleted; Standard shows more of them and Premium shows them all.
MORE WITH STANDARD AND PREMIUM
Standard adds more sheets, the Editor role, your own categories, more recurring bills, longer history, the combined view (several sheets on one dashboard, in one currency, in the mobile app) and email alerts. Premium lifts the limits on sheets, members, recurring bills and history, and adds multi-currency sheets (several currencies in one sheet, converted for you) and planned expenses. Both start with a free trial, cancel any time. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and can be managed or cancelled there.

What’s new
Daily reminders no longer repeat an old budget figure. They now skip days you have already logged an expense, the weekly summary no longer quotes stale numbers, and leftover reminders from older versions are cleared.
