About this app
LatchMX is a focused companion for residents whose buildings use ButterflyMX.
• See authorized doors grouped by entrance, elevator, garage, amenities, and floor.
• Unlock doors quickly from a clear, quiet home screen.
• Create expiring guest links for one hour, tonight, or 24 hours.
• Add a practical label and note, then copy or share the link again.
• Revoke a live invite whenever you need to.
• Try the built-in demo without connecting a real building account.
A ButterflyMX resident account is required for real building access. LatchMX does not grant access beyond the permissions already assigned by your building. Demo mode never opens real doors.
LatchMX is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ButterflyMX.
