The Emergency Medical Services Shift Tracker is the app for paramedics, emergency medical technicians, and all emergency medical service personnel who want to professionally document their shifts – no cloud, no registration, no compromises on data privacy.

Enter each shift with date, start time, end time, vehicle, and colleagues. Choose between 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts, or on-call duty. Rate each shift with up to 5 stars and leave personal notes.

Document your incidents with keywords, NACA score, diagnosis, and actions taken – ideal for personal reflection and continuing education records.
👥 Colleagues & vehicles
Add your regular crew and vehicles (ambulance, patient transport vehicle, emergency physician vehicle, and more). Record qualifications, notes, and ratings, and see at a glance who you work with most frequently.
