About this app

The "Juice Time - Captain" app is the official app for Juice Time delivery drivers. Through it, you can pick up ready-made orders from your nearest branch, deliver them to customers, and track your delivery history and earnings all in one place.

This app is exclusively for delivery drivers and requires an account approved by Juice Time management. If you are a customer and want to place an order, download the "Juice Time" app for customers.

■ Start your shift whenever you want
• One button to start and stop your shift: New orders arrive during your shift, and they stop when your shift ends.

• Orders you have in your possession remain unchanged when your shift ends.

■ Orders near you with a fair queue system
• View available orders within a specified radius of your location, along with the distance to each order.

• When an order is offered to you, you have a specific time slot to pick it up. If you don't pick it up, it goes to another nearby driver.

• Instant notification for every new order, even when the app is running in the background.

■ All order details are at your fingertips
• Items, quantity, order value, delivery fees, and total payment required from the customer.

• Clear distinction between cash orders (receive payment) and prepaid orders (no payment required).

• Customer address with location services accessible via your chosen map application.

• Direct contact with the customer or messaging via WhatsApp from within the app.

• Step-by-step order tracking: Branch acceptance, processing, ready, collected from branch, in progress, delivered.

• Delivery confirmation image upon order completion.

■ Clear record and fees
• Complete record of each delivered order, including time, duration from collection to delivery, and customer rating.

• Detailed breakdown of amounts and delivery fees for each order.

■ Your account and vehicle
• Create a driver account using your phone number and receive a verification code via WhatsApp.

• Add vehicle details (car or motorcycle, make and model) and a photo of your ID.

• Edit your information, change your password, and recover it if forgotten.

• Account deletion option available from within the app.

• Night mode and a fully Arabic interface.

■ Location and Privacy
The app uses your location to display nearby orders and to share your location with the store during business hours only, to track your order and optimize delivery. Location sharing stops immediately after closing time or when you log out of your account. Camera access is used to capture your ID photo and proof of delivery.

Note: New accounts require management approval before you can receive orders.
