Futakake is a household budget app that can be used by one person or two.
[Record in 30 seconds]
Open the app and tap three times: amount, category, and save. The numeric keypad has +, -, and % keys, so you don't need to open a calculator to calculate totals or discounts.
[Just take a picture of the receipt]
Take a picture → Confirm → Save. The app reads the amount and store name when you take a picture of the receipt. You can also take pictures of several days' worth of receipts at once and sort them later.
[Single-income household resilience meter]
This is the central indicator of Futakake, showing how much of this month's expenses can be covered by one person's take-home pay. It allows you to see at a glance whether your current household budget can withstand situations where you "live on one person's income," such as maternity leave, childcare leave, or changing jobs.
[Monthly sheet]
You can manage fixed expenses such as rent and insurance, and credit card bills, in a monthly list, just like a paper household budget book.
[Asset snapshot]
By simply manually recording your bank and NISA balances once a month, the app will graph the progress of your total assets as a couple. Because it doesn't link, all your accounts are in one place.
【Can be used alone】
First, register alone and start recording. Continuing to use it alone is also a valid use. The single-income tolerance meter, monthly sheet, and asset record are all available for single-person use.
【Share when you become a couple】
Once you're ready, simply send your partner an invitation link and they can join. You can record who paid/entered what, and separate and total expenses related to children. Sharing is for two people (up to 2).
【For people who:】
・Want to manage household finances comfortably on their own first.
・Have started living together or gotten married and want to manage money together.
・Have not been able to stick with other household budgeting apps.
・Don't want to link bank accounts or credit cards.
・May transition from dual-income to single-income.
【Secure Design】
・Does not connect to banks. We do not store your account ID or password.
• Records can be exported at any time in CSV/JSON format.
• Communication is encrypted, and data is stored within Japan.
• When scanning receipts, the captured image is sent to the AI service provider. Transaction details and asset balances are not sent externally.
